Prices and Payment
Any prices shown on EasyGardener Landscaping UK are exclusive of VAT and are valid in mainland U.K. only
EasyGardener Landscaping UK accept cash, cheques, postal orders in addition to Visa, Mastercard and Switch card payments.
Ownership of the goods shall remain with Easy Gardener Landscaping UK and shall not pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them, together with all other sums due from the Customer to EasyGardener Landscaping UK , have been paid in full.
The contract between EasyGardener Landscaping UK and yourself will not be legally binding until you have paid for the order in full and we have confirmed acceptance of your order - unless agreed by prior arrangement by EasyGardener Landscaping UK.
Products Delivered To You
There are delivery options available from EasyGardener Landscaping UK when you place your order - please refer to the Delivery Weight Table in Deliveries for prices.
All goods are despatched on a standard 3 day delivery. Overnight, two day and Saturday deliveries may be available at an additional cost to you.
Delivery prices shown are for mainland U.K. with the exception of selected postcodes where restrictions and additional costs may apply.
EasyGardener Landscaping UK denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damage or theft in despatch or delays by carriers / couriers. EasyGardener Landscaping UK cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and hence would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of all the goods ordered.
EasyGardener Landscaping UK reserves the right to revise our prices, products, or other content anytime and without notice. Or to notify the customer that their order has been rejected or delayed due to unforseen circumstances i.e. no stock.
At the time of delivery a valid signature is required from a member of your household or authorized employee who is 18 years or older accepting the goods.
You will then become the owner of the items ordered and EasyGardener Landscaping UK will not be liable for loss or destruction.
EasyGardener Landscaping UK reserve the right not to supply you at our own discretion. EasyGardener Landscaping UK will make every effort to deliver through our approved carriers your goods within the specified time given upon your order placement / payment. If it is not possible, we will notify you and will rearrange delivery.
EasyGardener Landscaping UK relies upon the services of couriers. Although every effort to keep our word there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. EasyGardener Landscaping UK cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. EasyGardener Landscaping UK will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the expected delivery date.
Orders addressed within the UK mainland are sent by Miniclipper, GB Couriers or Parcelforce.
Returns & Refunds
Any faulty goods for return are first subject to an acceptance agreement by EasyGardener Landscaping UK prior to the goods being returned.
EasyGardener Landscaping UK does not accept responsibility for goods returned by you, but which are not received, unless full proof of delivery to us or receipt by official carrier is provided and clarified by EasyGardener Landscaping UK.
Items that have been modified, damaged or used will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement by EasyGardener Landscaping UK.
If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 28 days after delivery by calling us on 020 7225 5040 emailing us at sales@easygardener.co.uk, or writing to us at Easygardener Landscaping Customer Services, 5 Elvaston Mews, London, SW7 5HY to cancel the order (or part of it) and arrange collection.
This is subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging.
Orders which are made to measure, or cut to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).
You will receive a full refund of the price paid (eccluding relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges.
Availability & Product Performance
All products are subject to availability.
Any products featured on our product images are purely for display purposes only.
EasyGardener Landscaping UK is unable to guarantee or be held directly responsible, for either the performance or results achieved by any of our Weed or Root control Geotextile materials in any type of application. (Due to the aggressive and invasive nature of some tree/plant or weed rooting systems. i.e. Japanese Knotweed - a completely different approach to eradicate a specific problem may be required.)
General Conditions
EasyGardener Landscaping UK prohibits the replication or alteration of all design, text or any imagery on the website without written permission by EasyGardener Landscaping UK.
EasyGardener Landscaping UK reserves the right to alter any of these Terms of Conditions without notice.
We cannot accept liability to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods which were not within our contemplation as a probable result of the breech at the time of entering into this agreement.
We will not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.
Any part of these Terms and Conditions and any contract / agreement between EasyGardener Landscaping UK and you is governed and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
In order to complete your order EasyGardener Landscaping UK will need to collect some personal information such as your name purely to fulfil your order. This will be stored in compliance with UK Data Protection. You have a right to request a copy of any information relating to yourself that may be held by EasyGardener Landscaping UK by written request only.

We accept payment from all of the major credit, debit cards and also offer a 30 Day Business account.
7) Will I need to sign for the parcel when it is delivered?
Yes, all items will need to be signed for.
8) I am not in during the day, where will my goods be left?
All items need to be signed for, we will not leave any items in the greenhouse etc. We will advise you that we have tried to deliver. You could alternatively get the goods sent to your work address or sent to someone who will be in during the day.
9) Do you have a paper catalogue I could also use?
Yes, you will need to order a catalogue on your next order. contact us for product code.
10) My parcel/goods are damaged, what do I do?
